- Cashews – 200gm
- Chilly powder – 2-3 pinches
- Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves
- Salt – as required
- Coconut oil – 1 tblspn
- Heat oil in a pan at low flame
- Add cashews and curry leaves. Keep on mixing it continuously so that all pieces are roasted well. It will take almost 10-15 minutes.
- Finally add salt and chilly powder. This is a great accompaniment with hot tea!
