Kerala Roasted Cashews



  • Cashews – 200gm
  • Chilly powder – 2-3 pinches
  • Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves
  • Salt – as required
  • Coconut oil – 1 tblspn


  • Heat oil in a pan at low flame
  • Add cashews and curry leaves. Keep on mixing it continuously so that all pieces are roasted well. It will take almost 10-15 minutes.
  • Finally add salt and chilly powder. This is a great accompaniment with hot tea!
